SME Power 隐私政策

一、信息收集

众微赋能数字化工作室（以下简称"我们"）在您使用 SME Power 平台时，可能收集以下信息：

  1. 注册信息：用户名、邮箱地址、手机号码、企业名称；
  2. 使用数据：AI 对话记录、Token 消耗量、操作日志；
  3. 设备信息：IP 地址、浏览器类型、操作系统（用于安全审计）；
  4. 上传内容：您在使用 AI 功能时上传的文档和文件。
二、信息使用

我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：

  1. 提供、维护和改进本平台服务；
  2. 计费与积分管理；
  3. 安全审计与异常行为检测；
  4. 遵守法律法规要求。
三、信息共享与披露
  1. 我们不会主动出售、交换或披露您的个人信息给第三方，除非：
  2. 获得您的明确同意；
  3. 法律法规要求或政府部门依法要求；

四、AI 数据处理
  1. 您与 AI 对话的内容可能被用于缓存优化（语义缓存），以提升响应速度和降低成本。
  2. 对话数据在企业间进行严格隔离，其他企业用户无法访问您的对话数据。
  3. 您上传的文件将被存储在安全的私有存储中，并仅在提供服务所需的范围内处理。
五、数据安全
  1. 我们采用行业标准的安全技术和管理措施来保护您的数据；
  2. 所有数据传输使用加密协议（HTTPS）；
  3. 访问控制和审计日志确保数据仅被授权人员访问。
六、您的权利

根据适用法律，您有权：

  1. 访问、更正或删除您的个人信息；
  2. 注销您的账户；
  3. 要求我们停止处理您的个人信息。
