SME Power 平台服务条款

一、总则

欢迎使用 SME Power 平台（以下简称"本平台"）。本平台由众微赋能数字化工作室（以下简称"甲方"）运营。在您注册、登录或使用本平台服务之前，请您仔细阅读并充分理解本《服务条款》（以下简称"本条款"）。一旦您完成注册、登录或使用本平台，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的约束。

二、用户注册与账户安全
  1. 您在注册时应提供真实、准确、完整的个人或企业信息，并在信息变更时及时更新。
  2. 您应妥善保管您的账户名称与密码，因账户信息泄露导致的损失由您自行承担。
  3. 每个用户仅可注册一个账户，不得以虚假信息注册或冒用他人身份进行注册。
三、用户行为规范

您在使用本平台服务时，必须遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，不得利用本平台从事以下行为：

  1. 发布、传播违反宪法和法律法规确定的基本原则的内容；
  2. 危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一的行为；
  3. 损害国家荣誉和利益的行为；
  4. 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结的内容；
  5. 破坏国家宗教政策、宣扬邪教和封建迷信的内容；
  6. 散布谣言、扰乱社会秩序、破坏社会稳定的行为；
  7. 侵犯他人知识产权、商业秘密、名誉权、隐私权等合法权益的行为；
  8. 利用 AI 功能生成违法违规、虚假或有害信息的行为；
  9. 其他违反法律法规和社会公德的行为。
四、AI 服务声明
  1. 本平台提供的 AI 智能助理服务基于大型语言模型技术。AI 生成的内容仅供参考，不构成任何形式的专业建议（包括但不限于法律、医疗、财务建议）。
  2. 甲方不对 AI 生成内容的准确性、完整性、时效性做出任何明示或暗示的保证。
  3. 用户因依赖 AI 生成内容而做出的决策，后果由用户自行承担。
五、积分与计费
  1. 本平台采用积分制计量 AI 服务用量。积分通过充值或赠送获得。
  2. 积分一经消费不可退还，除法律法规另有规定外。
  3. 甲方保留根据运营需要调整积分定价和计费规则的权利，调整前将提前通知用户。
六、知识产权
  1. 本平台的软件、界面、商标、标识、文档等知识产权归甲方或其授权方所有。
  2. 用户上传至本平台的数据和内容，其知识产权归用户所有。甲方仅在提供服务所需的范围内使用。
七、免责条款
  1. 因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、政府行为、网络攻击）导致的服务中断或数据损失，甲方不承担责任。
  2. 因用户违反本条款导致的任何损失，由用户自行承担。
  3. 甲方不对第三方服务（包括但不限于 AI 模型提供商、支付平台）的稳定性和安全性做出保证。
八、服务变更与终止
  1. 甲方保留随时修改、中断或终止部分或全部服务的权利，并将尽合理努力提前通知用户。
  2. 如用户违反本条款的任何规定，甲方有权立即暂停或终止其账户及相关服务。
九、法律适用与争议解决

本条款的解释与适用受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本条款引起的或与之相关的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方有权向甲方住所地人民法院提起诉讼。

SME Power Platform Terms of Service

1. General

Welcome to the SME Power Platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Zhongwei Empowerment Digital Studio (the "Operator"). By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

2. Account Registration & Security
  1. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from credential disclosure.
3. User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You shall not use the Platform to:

  1. Publish content that violates constitutional or legal principles;
  2. Endanger national security or disclose state secrets;
  3. Incite ethnic hatred or discrimination;
  4. Infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy of others;
  5. Use AI features to generate illegal, false, or harmful content;
  6. Engage in any other activity prohibited by law.
4. AI Service Disclaimer
  1. AI-generated content is provided for reference only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
  2. The Operator makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
  3. Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5. Credits & Billing
  1. The Platform uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
  2. The Operator reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
  1. All Platform IP (software, UI, trademarks) belongs to the Operator.
  2. User-uploaded content remains the user's property.
7. Limitation of Liability
  1. The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
  2. The Operator does not guarantee the stability of third-party services.
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, failing that, litigation at the court of the Operator's jurisdiction.
